In Pursuit of the Perfect Monster Website

I am attempting to create a social media site for teratophiles like myself to post their artwork and speak with each other. I decided to do this when someone was rude to me on Tumblr, the website I enjoyed teratophilia on previously. They made such a bad taste for Tumblr that I decided I would make a website solely for teratophiles. I have the mascot and a few admins already, but I do not have the ability to create the website itself. I would appreciate any help I could possibly get for this.
